RedWind Stables is a privately owned, family-operated horse farm situated on an 8-acre property in Buford, GA. Owned by the Wild family, Herb and Sophia. The name RedWind Stables pays respect to two cherished horses that have been integral to our family: Red, an AQHA gelding, and Windy, an exceptionally gentle paint mare whose influence still lasts today. We want to honor her legacy of teaching people about these beautiful creatures as she did her entire lifetime.

Make your child's special day unforgettable with our Mobile Pony Parties! We bring one or two gentle, kid-friendly ponies right to your home or event location in North Gwinnett, Hall County, and South Forsyth. Perfect for birthdays and celebrations. Petting ponies only. Starting at $375, our packages include petting, brushing, photo opportunities, and plenty of smiles. Let us handle the magic—your little cowboys and cowgirls will love every minute!

As many know, owning large animals can be lots of work and one way you can help us is through donations. All donations go to caring for the horses such as buying hay and feed, or paying for farrier visits.

Riding Lessons

At RedWind Stables, we offer engaging riding lessons for students ages 6 and up. Our program goes beyond just riding; we focus on teaching the essential skills of horse care and horsemanship. Riders will learn how to groom, tack up, and understand basic horse behavior, creating a well-rounded foundation in equestrian skills. Whether new to riding or looking to improve their abilities, students receive personalized instruction that fosters confidence, responsibility, and a genuine connection with horses. WHAT WE OFFER

Here at Redwind Stables, we offer riding lessons, Birthday parties, training, and rescue.

Make your child's birthday unforgettable with a unique celebration on our picturesque horse farm. Our birthday package offers an exclusive adventure for up to 8 kids, combining the joy of horse riding with a festive party atmosphere. 5+ years old.

What's Included:

Two Hours of Fun: Enjoy one hour of individual lead line horse rides, where each child gets personal time with our friendly horses, guided safely by our experienced staff. The second hour will be dedicated to celebrating your child.
Party Essentials: We provide a table and chairs. Feel free to bring any extra seating if needed.
Bring Your Own Decorations and food: Please note that we do not provide decorations or cake. Bring your own to create a personalized party space! No large balloons please, they can spook the horses.
Helmets are provided to all riders for safety. Additionally, a release form must be signed by each participant's guardian.
Dress Code: Please have children dress in long pants/jeans and sneakers to ensure comfort and safety while riding.
We also offer Mobile Pony Parties where we bring the fun to your home! Mobile parties begin at $400. A mileage fee will apply if you are over 15 miles away.
